The fix for this problem is to upgrade using the microsoft download tool then burn a dvd for install. I have done this on 3 machines with this video card and it works just great!!! I guess it wouldn’t support HD video playback. Install starts but the advises system incompatible, even when with compatibility mode set to win 8. This thread is locked.
