Thanks for taking the time to post your findings. I hate throwing out hardware and this driver keeps my vintage Calcomp tablet alive on Win 7. Just what I needed to configure Bluesocket wifi access points with Win7 laptop. You might find you have to uninstall all other drivers you might have tried first. Both devices suffer from the 64 bit driver issue. Tell us some more! After a number of years my old Windows Vista 32 bit installation was a little worse for ware. Now I was at a customer site needing to communicate with a piece of equipment using serial connection. Furthermore, installing the wrong Belkin drivers can make wnidows problems even worse.
